Translation

General Spanish-to-English Translation

Professional Spanish-to-English translation of legal, business, and other specialized documents. Rates depend on subject matter, terminology, document complexity, and formatting requirements. Certification is available when required.

A minimum fee of $75 applies to all translation projects.

Rush/Expedited Service: Expedited delivery may be available depending on project requirements and current availability. Rush projects are generally subject to a 50% surcharge. Final pricing and delivery dates are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

In the state of California, documents submitted to the County Registrar must include a Declaration signed by the translator before a Notary Public.

The cost includes a notary acknowledgment certificate plus USPS Priority Shipping.

Please note: No U.S. state authorizes Notaries to certify translations as an official act. In addition, certifying a translation typically requires the translator to sign a declaration certifying that the translation is accurate, then have the signature notarized. National Notary Association
Transcription & Translation

Minimum certified transcription & translation project fee: $125 per project
Work is presented in a side-by-side format, with the original Spanish transcription alongside its corresponding English translation.
Certified services include a signed Certificate of Accuracy.
Rates depend on recording duration, audio quality, number of speakers, content complexity, and project requirements.
A minimum fee of $125 applies per project, regardless of recording length.
Multiple recordings submitted together may be combined into a single project for billing purposes.
Other transcription services may be available upon request.
How it works:
1. Submit your files. Email your documents or recordings, or provide an accessible cloud-sharing link.
2. Receive a quote. After reviewing the materials, I will provide the total price and estimated turnaround time.
3. Confirm and pay. Approve the quote and submit payment before work begins. The delivery date is confirmed upon timely approval and payment.
4. Receive your completed work. Your completed files will be delivered by email in the agreed format.
